Healthy Living at Your Library: Learn How To Make Baby Food

Join Ceres Community Project’s Nutrition Education experts to learn about nutrition for newborns. We will discuss the unique opportunities and needs of growing babies. We will explore an international broad view of early feeding, allergies, and making healthier alternatives of traditional recipes. You will learn how to meet your little ones nutritional needs as they grow and thrive.

The class will include nutrition education and hands on recipe preparation. We will cook together to prepare egg yolks with pureed greens, quinoa with winter squash, and more! Baby taste tasters are welcome please bring them along!
