Healthy Living at Your Library: Mindfulness
Join us and our partner the Santa Rosa Junior College, Older Adults Program, for a class focused on Mindfulness. Practicing mindfulness brings a state of balance, restoration and peace. During this class students will practice and learn the benefits of mindfulness together.
