Free ACT Intensive Prep Class (Part 1)
Registration and Wait List is now full for the Rincon Valley Library’s ACT Intensive Prep Class for Saturday, September 23rd and Saturday, September 30th.
The Sonoma County Library presents a free 5-hour ACT Intensive Preparation class with local test preparation consultant Ellen Jakes Kelm, PhD. The course is offered in two parts of 2½ hours each at the following dates/times: Saturday, 9/23, 1:00-3:30 PM, and Saturday, 9/30, 1:00-3:30 PM. Students must attend BOTH parts.
Register in person at the Rincon Valley Library . Registration forms require both parent/guardian and student signature, and are available at the library's reference desk or can be downloaded below. All study materials are included. Preference given to juniors and seniors.
The class will include study and review of problematic areas of all four sections of the new ACT: reading, writing & language, math, and the essay. Students will be provided with an individual copy of The Official ACT Prep Guide for use in the class and extended study at home.
